Tiny Protectors Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 business days of receiving your order (starting from the delivery date).
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, inserts, care instructions, and any included accessories.
  • Dust bags, thank you cards, and envelopes are not required to be returned.
  • International orders and orders shipped to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), or other US territories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Testing Your Item

  • We strongly encourage all customers to test their item unlimited times within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • If you notice any issue during this time, please report it to us immediately so we can assist you within the warranty period.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 30 business days of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue and how you use the product (if applicable).
  • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll send a replacement or issue a store credit/refund at no extra cost.
  • International orders:
    - If shipping a replacement is not feasible, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
  • Items are not considered faulty due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty Information

  • All Tiny Protectors products are covered by a 30-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty claims are valid only for manufacturing defects, not accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Alterations or third-party repairs may void your warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Items

  • If you reach out after your item’s warranty period has expired, we’re unable to issue a replacement.
  • However, we value you as our customer please contact us and we may offer a significant discount to help you repurchase a new one.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Please review our Final Sale Policy for more details.

Restocking Fees

  • 10% restocking fee for perfect returns (product + original packaging intact).
  • 20% restocking fee if original packaging is missing.
  • 25% restocking fee if packaging and accessories are missing.
  • Fees apply to refunds and exchanges within the 30-business-day window.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label at our best negotiated rate, and this cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers may opt to arrange their own postage, in which case no return label fee will apply.
  • Tiny Protectors is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages—please keep your tracking number safe.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only (even if your card has expired or been replaced, your bank should route funds to your account).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges or Gift Card Option

  • If you choose an exchange or gift card, return shipping is free (we’ll cover the label).
  • Exchanges are processed for the main product only—please keep accessories unless returning the entire set.
  • Store credit or gift cards are valid for any future purchase on our website.

Return-to-Sender Policy

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed status, the following applies:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment, subject to additional shipping fees.

  • If you choose to cancel instead of reshipping, applicable restocking fees and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

* We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

OrderProtection Coverage

  • If you purchased Order Protection at checkout, your package is covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
  • You can file a claim for quicker resolution here: https://claim.orderprotection.com/start.
  • Filing timeframes:
    • Lost (Stuck in Transit): Domestic – 7–30 days after last update | International – 20–30 days
    • Stolen (Marked Delivered): 5–30 days from delivery date
    • Damaged Items: Within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

  1. Email help@tinyprotectors.com with your:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Preference: Refund, Exchange, or Gift Card

  2. We’ll email your return label and instructions.
  3. Ship your item within 7 days of receiving the label.
  4. We’ll process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving it.
