Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase:
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery
Return Process For Eligible Items
- Email us with your order # and zip code associated with your order.
- Explain the item and reason for your return.
- Package your return items and provide a tracking number so we can trace your return.
- Within 2 - 4 business days, a refund will be processed on our end. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Once processed, please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund
Order Issues & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected:
- We will send you a replacement at no cost
- No complicated process. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
