Limited Warranty Policies

Tiny Protectors Limited Warranty Policies

At Tiny Protectors, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each eligible product is covered by a limited warranty, which protects against manufacturing defects, as outlined below.

Safety Products Covered by Warranty

  • Personal Alarms: All Personal Alarms include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Registration is not required.
  • Safety Keychains: All Safety Keychains include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Registration is not required.
  • Stunners: Stunners come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We are also developing a lifetime warranty program that will apply once customers complete registration via our warranty form.

Tiny Protectors Free Replacement Guarantee: Any safety product lost after being used in self-defense is eligible; contact Tiny Protectors to request a replacement and provide an official report. A replacement product will be processed and shipped within one week after confirming a valid shipping address.

  • Failures not caused by customer misuse or external damage

What’s Not Covered

  • Lost items
  • Any product tampered with, modified, or used outside its intended purpose

Non-Safety Products 60-Day Warranty

All non-safety products are backed by our 60-Day Warranty, starting from the date of delivery. Non-Safety limited warranties apply only to manufacturing defects. Registration is not required.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failures not caused by customer misuse or external damage

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost items
  • Any product tampered with, modified, or used outside its intended purpose
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, improper storage

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Products that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects are eligible for a free replacement
  • Please contact our support team with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the issue
  • Replacement items will be processed promptly at no additional cost

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email help@tinyprotectors.com
  2. Include the following:
    • Description of the issue
    • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmations)
    • Customer name and/or Tracking Number (if applicable)
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Replacement Authorization Confirmation
  4. Upon inspection, if the product qualifies:
    • Tiny Protectors will issue a replacement, repair the product, or provide a refund (at Tiny Protectors' discretion)

Processing Time

  • Claim review: 2-4 business days
  • Replacement or refund (if applicable): 3-5 business days after the claim has been processed

Disclaimer: All manufacturer warranties cover one replacement. We can only process replacements for the same item. (Exceptions May Apply)
