OrderProtection.com is offered as an additional item at checkout. There’s no extra application process or forms to fill out, customers just checkout and are instantly protected against items:
- Stolen
- Delivered Not Received
- Damaged Item
- Lost in Transit
- Wrong Item

Please allow 5 business days for your order to process. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order label is created, with tracking information.
This timeframe excludes pre-orders.
*No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to insufficient addresses.*
Returns
Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.
Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
When an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated production time is accurate 6-11 weeks. However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery. We work tirelessly with our manufacturers to ensure accurate release dates on our site.
