For sanitation purposes, It’s recommended to clean your mat after every use.

To clean, use a gentle, bleach-free household disinfectant wipe to wipe down your mat after each use to kill germs and bacteria. Allow your mat to air dry before rolling it back up.

Shipping

Please allow 5 business days for your order to process. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order label is created, with tracking information.

This timeframe excludes pre-orders.

Returns

Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

When an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated production time is accurate 6-11 weeks.  However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery. We work tirelessly with our manufacturers to ensure accurate release dates on our site.
