When an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated production time is accurate 6-11 weeks.  However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery. We work tirelessly with our manufacturers to ensure accurate release dates on our site.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Standard International Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and handling. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. 

This timeframe excludes pre-orders. 

*No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to insufficient addresses.*

Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
